We want this site to work for everyone. This page says honestly where we are, not where we would like you to think we are.
AnswerFoundry LLC is committed to making answerfoundry.ai usable by people with disabilities, including people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not as a separate project.
We target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.2 has been the current W3C Recommendation since October 2023 and was adopted as ISO/IEC 40500 in 2025.
We target 2.2 rather than the earlier 2.1 because it is the current version and includes criteria — focus appearance, target size, dragging alternatives, and reducing redundant entry among them — that matter for a site built around forms.
This site has not been independently audited. The conformance claim above is our own assessment, based on automated testing and manual keyboard and screen-reader checks. We are stating this plainly rather than publishing a conformance claim we have not earned. An independent audit is planned; when it is complete, this page will say so and will report what it found.
What we have done:
Being specific is more useful than a blanket claim:
We use a combination of automated testing tools, manual keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader spot checks, zoom and reflow testing, and contrast measurement. Automated tools catch a minority of accessibility problems; we do not treat a clean automated scan as conformance, and neither should anyone reading this page.
If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, we want to hear about it — and we would rather hear it directly than have you give up. Use whichever of these is easiest for you:
Tell us the page, what you were trying to do, and what happened. Your browser and assistive technology help but are not required.
Our response commitment: we acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and tell you what we plan to do and roughly when. If a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime.
Anything you can do on this site, you can do by email or postal mail instead. That includes requesting a free Answer Snapshot, asking about pricing, applying to the partner program, and making a privacy request. We will not ask you to explain why.
Accessibility remediation of client websites is not included in our services and we do not audit client sites for accessibility conformance. Where we notice something during our work, we will flag it and can recommend a specialist. We build our own deliverables to the standard described here.
We review this page at least annually and whenever we make a significant change to the site. The review date at the top is real, not automatic.
